I believe in quality over quantity: I take on only one interim assignment or program at a time, have 30–35 days available annually for strategic advice, conduct a maximum of 20 workshops, and my presentations can be counted on two hands. This means that I always carefully assess whether there is a genuine fit with the issue at hand. If there is, I arrive with full energy and in-depth expertise – and together with your organization, I make a difference.
Strategic advice
I help organizations set a course for challenges involving significant complexity and an uncertain future. My strength lies in unraveling patterns and asking incisive questions that open new perspectives. I combine academic depth with practical experience in entrepreneurship, leadership, and transitions, translating this into strategies that are both actionable and future-proof. Always with an eye for nuance, backed by evidence, and delivered with energy. This results in advice that enables organizations to make a difference.
Interim & Program Management
In een interim- of programma management opdracht stap ik er volledig in, met dezelfde toewijding die ik overal in mijn werk leg. Ik combineer technisch-inhoudelijk inzicht met een systemische blik en een natuurlijke nieuwsgierigheid naar wat mensen en teams drijft. Daardoor kan ik schakelen tussen strategisch en operationeel niveau en beweging brengen in complexe trajecten. Mijn aanpak draait om richting geven, focus aanbrengen en voortgang zichtbaar maken, zodat ambities daadwerkelijk werkelijkheid worden. Extra energie krijg ik wanneer een opdracht niet alleen de organisatie vooruit helpt, maar ook een bredere maatschappelijke waarde heeft.
Workshops & Masterclasses
In my workshops, I guide teams and organizations in short, well-defined tracks to arrive at new insights, perspectives, and ambitions. The question from the organization or ecosystem is always central; I provide structure, energy, and focus so that a powerful start is established in a short time. In masterclasses, I build on my scientific background and translate theory into applicable insights. I offer these masterclasses both in-company and as open courses. The goal is always the same: to make people yearn for the 'endless sea' – a future that sets a course towards lasting systemic change.
Keynotes and Publications
I enjoy sharing my insights in a way that inspires and provokes thought. Drawing on my research into strategy and innovation at high-tech companies – with ASML as a unique case study – I tell stories that demonstrate how organizations can chart a course in turbulent times. My doctoral thesis was published in 2025, and the popular scientific version is available as of May 2026. Additionally, I enjoy speaking, chairing, and teaching groups, always managing to open up the conversation and broaden perspectives. By telling a compelling story, whether orally or in writing, I share a powerful and well-substantiated message that sticks and invites an integrated approach to strategic issues.
